Submitting a request through a telephone call or WhatsApp chat does not constitute an automatic or binding contract. Every request is subject to direct confirmation by our mechanic based on location distance, current traffic conditions, and vehicle compatibility.
3. Estimates & Arrival Windows
Any arrival estimate provided during a call or WhatsApp conversation is an honest approximation and not a legal guarantee. Unforeseen traffic bottlenecks, severe weather, or ongoing emergency jobs may impact arrival times.
4. Repair Feasibility & Towing Recommendations
